The Riverview Bluffs Condominiums is located high on the bluffs of Bullhead City, Arizona overlooking the Colorado River with the casinos of Laughlin, Nevada in the background. Our community has 108 units and is protected with a security entry system. This complex was constructed in the early 1990"s and provides a great place for Desert Living.

The complex was built in two phases with Buildings 8 through 14 being built in the late 80's and the second phase of Buildings 3 through 7 being built in the early 90's.

Over the years the Association has vigorously pursued keeping the complex in modern day, state of the art conditions. To mention just a few items, the following is a list of improvements that have taken place at our community:

• All of the 12 buildings in the complex have been repainted. 
• All of the underground water piping within the complex has been replaced. Although the system is owned and operated by EPCOR, the Association was instrumental in getting this work done, as the original system had a history of leakage. The current system now uses polyethlene piipe, which has a proven record of being very reliable.
• To improve water conservation without degrading the esthetic value of the complex, a theme of "desert landscaping" was implemented  As such, the water usage has decreased and the cost of maintaining the landscape has been greatly reduced. Eliminating the need to water plants between the sidewallks and buildings has also reduced the possibility of water intrusion into the buildings.
• An agreement was negotiated with Suddenlink Cable to provide basic cable TV service and tv kits provided by Suddenlink after change to digital at a reduced cost to Association, which ultimately minimizes the cost to the owners. As such, this service is provided to each unit with the cost of this service being included in the HOA fees. Internet service is also provided at the Clubhouse, where Wi-Fi service is available to the owners. 
• The electronic and mechanical components of the entry gate have been upgraded to improve its reliability and to minimize the effort for entering and exiting the complex.
• The fire suppression sprinkler heads in units 3 through 7 have been replaced to enhance the reliability of the system. This work was only done in these units as they were built during the phase II construction. Buildings 8 through 14 do not have sprinkler heads as they were built during the phase I constructiion when the fire code didn't require a fire suppression system.
• All of the inlet water valves on each unit have been replaced to insure their reliability. This has been necessary since many of the valves were found to be inoperative because of internal corrosiion caused by the hard-water supply.
• The upper and lower swimming pools and associated equipment (pumps and filters) have periodically been upgraded to insure their functionality and esthetic value. The upper pool renovation is completed.   The spa adjacent to the upper pool was renovated in 2015.
