As certified by Secretary of State of Arizona, this document establishes the corporation as "Riverview Bluffs Condominiums Association, Inc." and stipulates the corporation as a non-profit organization. Among other things, it designates the principal location, purpose, character of business, powers, membership and voting rights of the organization. It also designates the Board of Directors to conduct the affairs of the orgnization.
The Bylaws provide the administrative procedures for conducting the Association's meetings and providing the rules for electing the directors from which the officers are selected. They also designate the terms and duties of the directors/officers. Currently, the Association has four directors, but it may range from not less than three nor more than five. Changes of this document can only be approved by the owners of the Association.

This document provides detailed descriptions of the horizontal regime property limits, easements within the complex, use and occupancy restrictions, maintenance & operation of the general common elements, components of the Association and covemants for the maintenance of the facility. Changes to this document can only be transacted with Mohave County.
The authority for issuing and maintaining the Rules & Regulations has been assigned to the Board of Directors based on Article VI Section 6.2 of the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for the Riverview Bluffs Condominium Association. The intent of these Rules & Regs is to maintain the integrity and inherent value of the community for the maximum enjoyment of all residents and their guests. It's required that these Rules & Regs must be reviewed annually for possible revisions for which the Board of Directors has been assigned the responsibility for making these changes.
