The Riverview Bluffs Condominiums are located on the bluffs overlooking the Colorado River and the Casinos across the river in Laughlin, Nevada. The complex is composed of 12 buildings with nine units in each building (three levels), 11 rental garages and a Clubhouse for recreational activities. Amenities include a secured entry gate, video security monitors within the complex, coveved carports, two swimming pools and a spa located at the upper pool site.

View this page and get the latest news on activities that are taking place at the Riverview Bluff Condo's. As a primary objective, the Association places a high priority in keeping our members informed on important matters that are transpiring within our community.
Documents used to govern the operation of the Association include the (1) Articles of Incorporation, (2) Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions, (3) Bylaws and (4) Rules & Regulations.
The Board of Directors provide the direction and control for the operation of the Associatiion. The Board is composed of unit owners within the complex and may consist of three but not more than five members. The members are elected at the annual meeting of the Association where term of service extends for one year. As the policy making body of the Association, the Board is responsible maintaining the Rules and Regulations, which is a document that governs the conduct and activities within the complex. The Association has two employees who have the line responsibility for carrying out the rules and regulations that have been mandated. These positions include the Association Manager who oversees the administrative matters and the Maintenance Person who handles the maintenance and operating activities.

Minutes available for viewing include the minutes for the Annual Members meetings and the Board of Director's meetings. Minutes are also maintained for the Executive Sessions, but because these agendas deal with legal and personnel issues they aren't made available to the general membership.
Financial reports that are used by the Association include annual budgets, income/expense reports, balance sheet reports and financial reviews. Other special reports are available from the Manager's Office.
