TWN Fiber Optic Networkis coming to Riverview Bluffs! The install of the cabling and wall Jacks will be completed in Feburary 2024. this service will be a Owner's optional choice to replace existing Internet network services (Optimum) with TWN Fiber Optic. there is no charge fpr the Fiber cabling intall. There will be a charge for the internet service if you elect to change from Optimum to TWN.  This is a owner option for internet services , if you want you may continue with Optimum for your Internet service.. Everyone please be aware that there are now 3 Riverview firepits for everyones use. they are located at the Pooll, Backside of buildings 3 and 12. please be safe when using and turn the firepits and the prophane cylinders off and replace the friepit lid and be safe.

2021 Budget was approved January 16, 2021 at the Annual Homeowners Meeting.

There are no longer recycling containers here at Riverview Bluffs Condominiums. The City of Bullhead removed the recycling program for 4 years due to the economy and cost of the recycling at this time. They will reevaluate the program in 2024.

There are 5 channels available to view HBO through OPTIMUM (formerly Suddenlink).

To clarify the use of signs within the complex, the Board revised the Rules & Regs to establish Rule 12 of Section 2, General Community and Common Area, which will prohibit the use of advertising type signs (i.e. "For Sale" or "For Rent") within the complex. Under the CC&R's the Board has been given the authority to determine the use of these signs on an individual basis, but to eliminate any confusion, it was determined that it would be more beneficial to have a firm rule on this issue. Under this policy, the community will not become cluttered with an inordinate number of signs, but rather they will be limited to those providing general information and directions & control of vehicle traffic.
